The Mansfield Reformatory

There's a lot of history at the Mansfield reformatory; by far way too much for me to tell you in this post. However, what I can tell you is that if you get the chance to visit, you definitely should!

The Mansfield Reformatory located in Mansfield, Ohio is the perfect place for fans of all things spooky, Stephen King, The Shawshank Redemption, and history to go. Not only is it a cool place to go for entertainment purposes, but it's also a great spot for spooky fall photos.

The Mansfield Reformatory is an old prison that was featured in the movie Shawshank Redemption and Air Force One. Also, the prison is home to many spooky stories of the paranormal, and a great place to explore during spooky season.

The tour is around $20 per person, but can be cheaper if you use a coupon or have a military discount.

The Mansfield Reformatory also holds many events in October for Halloween.

Definitely visit if you get the chance as it's such a cool place to see!
